It is also one the first places recruiters go to when looking for candidates. They may be looking at your profile and considering you for a job without you contacting them first.


Just like with your CV, if you start your Linkedin  profile early in your career it will be easy to add to it as your career develops.


So here’s what to do to make your profile stand out.



Its easier today to gain information on career paths than it’s ever been. Look at company pages and at individual’s profiles to see how they’ve got to where they are. It may surprise you to see how they may not have taken the conventional route you would think. Let this inspire you to be really flexible with the sorts of jobs and industries you are looking for.
